As a dedicated military and law enforcement wife and mother, Kathy Holloway has spent the past three decades embracing both the challenges and rewards of supporting her family while pursuing her own professional and volunteer endeavors. With three children and four grandchildren, family remains at the center of her life, providing a constant source of love and motivation.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Holloway has taken on a variety of roles that have contributed to her personal and professional growth. She oversaw the computer lab at McConnell Elementary for five years, where she helped foster students’ curiosity and confidence in using technology. She also spent nine years in the executive leadership role with a community civic organization, where she developed strong organizational and leadership skills while working to support community engagement and shared values. Her involvement in a statewide campaigns further broadened her perspective and strengthened her ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
Beyond her professional work, volunteering has long been a cornerstone of Mrs. Holloway’s life. For 15 years, she led a youth group, mentoring and encouraging young people to reach their full potential. Her service on the boards of Transform Ministry and Skillern Elementary has allowed her to continue making meaningful contributions, supporting initiatives that positively impact her community.
In every role she has held—wife, mother, professional, and volunteer—Mrs. Holloway is guided by a strong sense of integrity, compassion, and dedication. She remains grateful for the opportunities to serve others and is committed to continuing her efforts to make a positive difference.
